Systems Engineers - Defence & Secure Communications

We are looking for experienced Systems Engineers and Integration Specialists to work on advanced radio surveillance and secure communication systems. These roles cover the full spectrum of communications technologies, including satellite, tactical data links, networks, and vehicle integration. Flexible working arrangements are available.

We are hiring across multiple disciplines, including:

Systems Engineers

• Satellite Communications (Satcom), radio transmission and secure communications

• Tactical Data Links (Link 16, Link 22, JREAP)

• Vehicle Integration - hardware and software adaptation for defence platforms

• Network & Equipment Systems Integration (VOIP, IT security, Firewalls, network monitoring, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, crypto management, Wireshark)

Integration Engineers

• EMC/Radio/Satcom integration

• Network and systems-level integration across multiple technologies

• Background in defence, aerospace, secure communications, or mission-critical infrastructure

• Experience with requirements management (DOORS or similar) and systems engineering methods

• Knowledge of RF test equipment and system-level test campaigns (spectrum analysers, VSAT, payload verification, anomaly investigations)

• Familiarity with command & control systems, TT&C, payload commissioning, and integration of ground/space systems

• Strong technical expertise in one or more of the following: Satcom, tactical data links, secure networking, EMC/Radio integration, or vehicle platform integration

• Programming or Scripting proficiency (eg Python, MATLAB, VBA, LabVIEW, Ansys) is an advantage
