Systems Design Implementation Lead - CRM, ERP, Salesforce Education Cloud, UX, UI, SITS

Xpertise are urgently looking for a Systems Design Implementation Lead - CRM, ERP, Salesforce Education Cloud, UX, UI for an immediate start on a large-scale programme.

Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Design Lead/Systems Design Lead on large scale transformation and CRM/ERP programmes
• Proven experience in Higher Education environments
• Proven experience of Salesforce Education Cloud and Canvas LMS
• Proven experience of SITS is essential - data models, integration and student records life cycle
• Proven business analysis experience
• Proven Agile delivery experience - design sprints, iterative delivery, user stories
• Proven experience of UX and UI - design artefacts, journey maps, process flows, user stories, wireframes
• Proven experience of Lucidchart and Miro
• Proven experience of Salesforce HEDA and AI/automation in user cases
• Proven experience of Azure integration and SSO
• Proven experience of Canvas LMS
