Systems Analyst

Our client is seeking a talented Systems Analyst to join their forward-thinking IT team. You'll play a key role in analysing and enhancing the company's IT systems and processes, ensuring seamless integration of software solutions and efficient delivery of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse system requirements.
2. Map out business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Liaise between the technical team and business users to support system design and implementation.
4. Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and propose IT improvements.
5. Test system functionality and support user training and documentation.
6. Troubleshoot issues and ensure systems are operating efficiently and securely.

What we're looking for:

1. Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and business analysis methodologies.
3. Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical language.
5. Knowledge of SQL, system integrations, and reporting tools is advantageous.
