Swimming Instructor SEP

About the Role

The role is for a self-employed Swimming Teacher to join a premium health and wellness group. The Swim Instructor will engage, coach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals in one-to-one or group sessions. Team members are ambassadors of the business and the heart of what the company does, and the environment is one where teams feel a sense of belonging and can thrive physically and mentally.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage members of all ages in swimming sessions.
• Coach members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
• Inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
• Deliver one-to-one swimming sessions.
• Deliver group swimming sessions.
• Deliver a great quality experience to members.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Must hold a Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent.
• Have a passion for all things health and fitness.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to members.
