We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile Banking clients. They are currently looking for a Swap Trade Support - Equities/Client Services candidate to join them for an initial 6-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension.

Role Overview:

The Equity Swaps Trade (ESSL) Control team currently consists of 12 people. They provide control and support to a variety of Trading Desks across the equities division. Including flow, yield enhancement and Delta 1 desks, both in London and Paris, with crossover into structured and exotic products.

Role Responsibilities:

• Performing Lifecycle events on swaps
• Corp Action events processing (elections & booking)
• Single Stock and Index dividend reconciliation vs hedges
• Rate & price fixings
• Process Dividend payments and FX
• Investigating P&L discrepancies and query resolution
• Build robust operation controls in place for risk monitoring
• Client facing enhanced client swap support (FTS)
• Inter system reconciliations
• Projects enhancement outside day to day, constantly seeking process improvements and build strong relationship with Tech/FO/BO and relevant stakeholders

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Trade Support (Equities)
• Experience in Dividends
• Experience in Reconciliations
• Lifecycle management in Swaps
• Able to manage a fast-paced working environment

Location:

This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients London office 3 days a week. There will be a 5 day in office requirement for at least the first month of the contract.

Working hours:

Standard working hours with some flex where required.
