Your Role:

As a Senior Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering impactful change and ESG projects for top-tier financial institutions. This is a client-facing role that blends business analysis, strategy execution, and innovation.

You will:

• Lead and deliver change projects on time and within budget
• Analyse and improve business operations and systems
• Advise clients on ESG integration and sustainability strategies
• Identify growth opportunities-for clients and within the business directly
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships
• Collaborate across teams to deliver tailored, effective solutions
• Stay ahead of market trends, regulations, and best practices

What They're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector
• Hands-on experience with change management and/or ESG/sustainable finance/climate risk projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Degree+ in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Fluent in English and Dutch/French
• Solution-oriented mindset with a strong client focus
• Willingness to travel within Belgium and across Europe
