Sustainable Agriculture & Sourcing Manager

Co-op is seeking an Agriculture Manager in Manchester to join our Farming and Fisheries team. You'll help ensure responsible sourcing with a focus on Sustainable Farm Practices, fresh produce and horticulture, and you'll travel across the UK to meet farmers and suppliers.

You'll drive projects to meet sourcing standards, support agronomy and sustainability targets, and collaborate across internal teams and external partners. The role operates in a hybrid pattern with field visits.
