Position:

The Sustainability Sales Executive will develop and close customer mandates within the Renewable Energy Solutions practice, focusing on solar PV solutions and RECs. Responsibilities include managing sales strategies, working with SMEs, and supporting proposals and negotiations.

Key duties include:

  • Achieve sales objectives for Solar PV and RECs, including profit and volume targets.
  • Manage individual sales goals.
  • Drive business development with new and existing clients.
  • Lead consultative sales processes and presentations.
  • Collaborate on solution design and support proposal preparations.
  • Monitor market conditions and manage margins.
  • Maintain pipeline updates in
  • Stay informed on market trends, opportunities, and technologies.
  • Attend industry conferences.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Person Specification (Background and Skills):

  • 5+ years in renewable energy sales, including solar PV, wind, or other technologies.
  • Experience with solar PV project development, finance, and PPA's.
  • Understanding of RECs, market value, and incentives.
  • Technical knowledge of energy systems and renewable technologies.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.
  • Degree in Engineering, Finance, Sustainability, or similar.
