Job Title: Sustainability Paralegal

About the company:

A prestigious international law firm.

Role overview:

The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Sustainability team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract basis. The Paralegal will report directly to the Sustainability Partners and will be part of the larger Investment Funds Group.

Key responsibilities:

1. Legal drafting
2. Conducting company searches on Sustainability databases, reviewing search results, and preparing summary documents
3. Maintaining Sustainability Group knowhow materials

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have excellent academics and a keen interest in sustainability. Flexibility, proactivity, and organization are essential. Future trainees with 12+ months availability will also be considered.
