An exciting role has opened up in our Legal & Board Governance Collective for a senior sustainability lead with a proven track record in shaping and delivering complex sustainability initiatives. In particular, we are looking for proven experience in assessing and implementing decarbonisation strategies aligned to company goals. This role is crucial in embedding our sustainability commitments into our corporate strategy and daily operation.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Sustainability in achieving Monzo's environmental and broader sustainability ambitions and work with a variety of stakeholders across the business. The right candidate will be able to deploy traditional program management capabilities and deep expertise in environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles to drive tangible business and environmental outcomes. This role will require working with new and evolving information within a fast-paced organisation and synthesising large volumes of data and information into actionable plans that are aligned with Monzo's company goals.
