This is a perfect opportunity for a Sustainability Engineer to significantly develop their career in a well-established, successful, and fast-growing Sustainability Consultancy. With over 25 years of experience in the field, you will be joining a highly experienced team working on projects across sectors such as Commercial, Education, Healthcare, and Leisure.

The ideal Sustainability Engineer will:

• Have a degree relevant to the field such as Environmental Science or Sustainability
• Have IESVE experience
• Be a qualified NDEA
• Have a strong understanding of Building Regulations
• Have a positive can-do attitude
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities of the Sustainability Engineer:

• Support all areas of Energy and Sustainability consultancy
• Assist with the modelling of non-domestic buildings via IES VE
• Assist with energy certificates (EPC, DEC)
• Carry out SAP/SBEM compliance assessments
• Conduct overheating risk assessments (including TM52, Part O)
• Perform TM54 assessments
• Conduct daylight assessments
• Prepare Energy & Sustainability Statements and Strategies
• Prepare Decarbonisation assessments
• Participate in BREEAM, SKA, WELL, Fitwel, and other assessments
• Assess Embodied Carbon / Net Zero strategies
