Our client, a leading independent multi-disciplinary consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Sustainability Consultant and BREEAM Assessor to join their Swindon based team. The successful Sustainability Consultant will have the opportunity to work on a variety of medium and large scale projects within the residential, commercial, industrial and education sectors.

Qualifications

Ideally candidates will have a BSc / MSc in a relevant environmental / sustainability / building services discipline and membership to an appropriate professional body such as CIBSE or IEMA. Being a qualified BREEAM Assessor is essential for the role.

Experience

In this instance applications are sought from candidates with demonstrable experience in the management and delivery of BREEAM Assessments, preferably within a consultancy environment. Candidates who have a proven track record in project management will be at an advantage.

Duties

• Undertaking BREEAM and LEED assessments
• Liaising with clients
• Managing projects
• Preparing expert written reports
• Delivering presentations
