Surveyor

Working for a leading innovative professional services business you will work as a Surveyor within their Building Consultancy Division across the Midlands.

• Recognised for your technical expertise as a Surveyor, you will have strong communication abilities and manage a diverse caseload of Surveying Services instructions.
• You will work on behalf of loss adjusters, insurers, and policyholders. Additionally, as their private client portfolio continues to expand, experience in non-insurance surveying is highly valued and welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of Surveying Services instructions, demonstrating a high level of technical quality and service delivery.
• Conduct detailed defect diagnosis surveys across a variety of properties.
• Prepare costed schedules of works and specifications.
• Oversee the management of repair projects from inception to completion.

About you:

• Ideally RICS (or MCIOB) qualified, or actively working towards a professional qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of surveying-related principles. Experience within insurance claims is desirable, but not essential.
• Proven JCT Contract experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of CDM Regulations.
• High degree of IT competency and literacy.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary up to £60,000 per annum plus car allowance, bonus, pension and 25 days holiday.
