Supporter Care Specialist - Flexible, Impactful Donor Support

Save the Children UK is seeking a customer-focused Supporter Care Advisor to deliver outstanding service to our supporters from our London office, with subsequent options to work from home up to two days a week.

You will handle enquiries across fundraising channels, update supporter records, and help build strong relationships to inspire donation and volunteering. The role is full-time and temporary until February 2027, with hybrid working arrangements.
