Support Worker: Independent Living & Mental Health

Broadacres Housing Association Limited is recruiting a Support Worker to assist people with mental health needs and learning disabilities in Northallerton under the LIFE contract (Living Independently for Everyone).

You will support people to sustain tenancies, develop life skills, access support, and move towards independent living, working closely with partners and health/social care colleagues to plan and review personalised support.
