Although the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the position is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.Meet the ClientOur client is a warm and friendly lady who lives in Great Haywood with her husband and much-loved dog, who is an important part of her life.She lives with Non-Fluent Progressive Aphasia Syndrome, which affects her speech, swallowing and mobility. As she is non-verbal, it's important that her Support Workers take the time to get to know her, understand how she communicates and ensure her choices, wishes and preferences are always respected.She enjoys listening to music, watching films and spending time with others.
