As a Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you will make a difference every day, supporting people to live their best lives, giving them confidence and choice.

Some people may need support with areas of their personal care and well-being, support to take medication or help getting around and your role is to empower and connect, help them navigate life with confidence and independence.

You will need to be able to work flexibly across the week, including weekends and some sleep-in shifts.

We provide complete training to enable you to provide the best support you can to people living with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
