We are looking for a confident Support Worker (Acute Ward) with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You'll be working 42 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Victoria House.
Victoria Ward is our 17 bed male acute service. The service provides a safe and stabilising environment for men who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission.
Our team works closely and collaboratively with service users, their families and the referrer to provide a seamless pathway from referral to discharge. Our approach is recovery focused and supported by comprehensive multi-disciplinary teams, contributing to shorter lengths of stay.

Start pay rate £12.60 per/hour, £12.85 per/hour post probation, and then £13.10 per/hour at 18 months.
