This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on delivery logistics and help us enhance our operational efficiency.

About the Role:

As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing on-road activities for our Speed Mobility Partners across Germany. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems creatively. You will engage directly with partners and drivers, ensuring they have the support they need to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor on-road management across all SMP partners and update results daily in a tracking file.
  • Provide Real Time support via Chime/Slack to onboarded SMP partners.
  • Troubleshoot check-in issues for SMP drivers, ensuring timely arrivals and deliveries.
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on Real Time learnings from on-road management.
  • Collaborate with Advocacy Operations to assist SMPs at risk of delays.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage clearly and effectively in both German and English.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: A strong bias for action with the ability to work independently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Quip, Slack, and Chime.
  • Logistics Knowledge: Background experience in the delivery logistics industry is a plus, along with a basic understanding of delivery app terminology.
