Salary: £40,000 to £65,000

Location: Halesowen (3 days per week in the office)

This niche ERP software company is hiring an experienced support manager.

The office is based in Halesowen, offering a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office each week. This setup encourages team building, knowledge sharing, and a friendly environment.

Note: You must enjoy working in the office and being around people. This role is not suitable for remote workers.

The ideal candidate will have a background in application support, including an understanding of accounting and ERP functionality.

This role is fully responsible for managing the support team, requiring previous hands-on experience in:

• Mentoring
• Hiring
• Training
• Running support queues
• Data and analytics
• Reporting

You should be comfortable managing a team of 6 and overseeing support queues effectively.
