Support Engineer

For a client of mine in the Ghent region, I am looking for a Freelance Support Engineer to work on managing their Windows environment.

This role offers fully remote working with occasional travel to the office in Ghent.

Role:

As a Support Engineer you are responsible within this dynamic organization for maximizing the productivity of the end-users through the effective use of the Windows products.

- You will be working and providing support on a big project and are able to manage multiple technologies such as Windows, Azure, VMware, etc. all at once.

You will be working on a long term project and will be a key part for the future of this company.

Required:

- Professional experience in a similar role.

- You have experience working with Active Directory, Windows, VMware, etc.

- You are experienced in offering high level support (L2-L3).

- Fluent in English.
