Academics is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary, secondary and specialist SEN schools throughout Aylesbury. This role is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants, graduates considering a career in education, and those from care or early years backgrounds.

Position: Supply Teaching Assistant
Location: Aylesbury
Contract: Daily Supply & Long-Term Opportunities
Hours: Flexible, Monday-Friday, Term Time Only
Pay:£95-£105 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils individually and in small groups
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and learning resources
• Help children with additional needs to access learning
• Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children or young people
• Experience within education, care, youth work, early years or support work is welcomed
• Patient, adaptable and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
