Duties as Supply Teacher:- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Ensure students remain engaged and focused on learning
- Adapt quickly to different classes and year groups
- Provide feedback to relevant staff regarding lesson outcomes
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexible and professional approach
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
