We're working with a range of secondary schools across Swindon who need reliable supply teachers for daily and short term cover. Whether you want a few days a week or a full timetable, we'll help you find something that works for you.

The best part? You don't need QTS. If you've got experience working with children and the confidence to lead a classroom, we'd love to hear from you.

What the role looks like

No two days are the same.

• Delivering pre planned lessons and keeping pupils engaged
• Creating a calm, positive classroom environment
• Managing behaviour with confidence and consistency
• Adapting quickly to different schools and year groups

We're looking for people who

• Have experience working with children (schools, clubs, coaching, youth work or similar)
• Are confident leading a group and keeping learning on track
• Can think on their feet and adapt to new environments
• Bring a positive, calm presence to the classroom

Qualified teachers are absolutely welcome, but you don't need QTS to apply.

• All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
• This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
