The OpportunityThe Supply Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing robust supply plans that ensure the availability of finished goods across the UK and EU network while optimising inventory levels and minimising SLOB-related risks.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term supply plans
- Manage purchase order creation for products sourced from co-manufacturers and co-packers
- Ensure inventory levels remain aligned to customer requirements, and working capital objectives.
- Monitor and manage stock health, identifying risks of excess, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory
- Manage inter-3PL stock transfers to optimise inventory availability across the network.
- Investigate supply exceptions and stock shortages, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Review forecast updates and assess implications for supply plans.
- Engage proactively with suppliers to understand risks, constraints, and opportunities.
- Issue rolling forecasts to co-manufacturing partners.
- Experience within Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent data interpretation and reporting skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Reports to Supply & Demand Planning Manager, EU
- Travel as and when required
