As Supply Optimisation Manager,you'lllead a team focused on ensuring our water supply systemoperatesefficiently andis always 'Supply Ready'.You'llwork with colleagues across Water Operations, Engineering, Asset Management, Capital Delivery, Control Room, Customer Services and Strategy toidentifyopportunities, manage risks and support key business decisions.The role offers a unique blend of strategic planning, operational oversight, performancemanagementand people leadership.

What you'll do

You will:

• manage the operation of the strategic supply network throughout the abstraction licence calendar yeartaking into accountplanned and unplanned outages
• manageandmonitorannual and resilience licence requirements
• identifyandmanagesupply risks, resiliencechallengesand improvement opportunities
• monitor the supply energy budget and bulk import budgets and help ensure we get the best value from our assets
• monitorperformance and reporting outcomes
• support informed decision-making through analysis and insight.

Through operational leadership and managing a highly technical team, you will provide governance and oversight across key operational activities, including:

• outage planning
• delivery of the regionalOptimiser and Remote-Control rollout programme
• identifyingand delivering efficiency opportunities
• supporting operational teams during periods of increased demand or supply risk.

• experience in water operations or supply optimisation would be beneficial, but equally important is your ability to learn quickly, influence others and drive positive outcomes.
