Contract: 24 month secondment / Fixed term contract

Job Purpose

The role supports the development and deployment of supply chain capabilities within GSK's transformation programme, working on the implementation of new advanced planning systems, integrated business planning processes, and decision intelligence tools. It involves collaborating with programme leads, business process owners, external integrators and planning teams to identify training needs, develop documentation, and deliver training that upskills the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with SCT work stream SMEs, GPOs, systems integrators and business integrators to identify training needs, knowledge assets and documentation requirements.
  • Analyse existing process documentation and training courses for reuse or repurposing, and determine the need for new GSK specific content.
  • Translate process and solution design into knowledge assets, including documentation, training materials, standard work instructions and other learning aids.
  • Support development of training programmes for demand and supply planning personas.
  • Publish and manage knowledge resources on GSK knowledge platforms such as Keep Growing Campus, myLearning and Veeva.
  • Deliver process and OMP solution training as part of the OMP deployment.
  • Provide on job support and coaching for planning personas after go live to enable adoption of new ways of working.
  • Generate status reports on training completion and support governance of the programme.
  • Continuously improve training approaches and assets.
  • Develop personal training capability to support ongoing implementation and end user training for planning processes and system solutions.

Basic Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience running supply planning processes and systems.
  • Practical experience translating process and solution design into knowledge assets.
  • Experience developing training materials, user guides and delivering training sessions.
  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations.
  • Business proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Strong problem solving abilities for complex issues.
  • Accountability mindset; self motivated, confident and resilient.
  • Experience working across different cultures to collaborate and build relationships.
  • Digital proficiency and data literacy; experience analysing typical supply chain data.
  • Knowledge and application of advanced planning and decision intelligence tools (e.g., Aera, OMP).
  • Experience with learning management systems such as myLearning and Keep Growing Campus.
  • Proficiency in French is a plus.

  • Annual base salary in Poland ranges from PLN 0 to PLN 0 gross (dependent on skills, experience, education, market). Potential bonus or awards may be offered based on defined non discretionary criteria.
