Supply Chain Specialist - Order Entry - Retail & Apparel

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist with experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain operations to support pre-season order execution and operational excellence across the EMEA region for global apparel brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order entry, order maintenance, and orderbook reconciliation activities.
• Monitor and improve order management KPIs, ensuring high service levels and order accuracy.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, sales, and account-facing teams to drive operational excellence.
• Identify and resolve complex order and supply chain issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to inventory availability, orderbook health, and logistics efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in a supply chain, logistics, or order management role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with operational KPIs, process improvement, and project coordination is highly desirable.

• Location: Hilversum Hybrid
• Rate: Depending on your experience
