Supply Chain Specialist - Global External Manufacturing

Matrix are recruiting for a Supply Chain Specialist - Global External Manufacturing for a 12 month contract with our client in Dublin.

Your New Job:

As the Supply Chain Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for all things related to supply chain transactions across both internal and external customers and suppliers. You'll report to the Senior Supply Chain Manager and play an important part in supporting daily operations, working closely with colleagues in manufacturing, finance, and quality assurance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for managing day-to-day supply chain issues with distributors and suppliers.
• Execute and track purchase and sales orders through the full process using ERP systems.
• Support accurate invoicing and collaborate with finance to resolve outstanding items.
• Manage relationships with carriers and customs to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain up-to-date records and prepare reports related to customer and supplier performance.
• Contribute to regular supply chain activity reports and support compliance with SOPs and policies.
• Provide administrative support as required.

What Are We Looking For?:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative, operations, or comparable role.
• Excellent attention to detail and skilled at balancing multiple deadlines.
• Strong computer literacy, with experience in ERP systems.
• Organised, analytical, and communicative, with a customer-focused approach.
