Job Description

Position Title: Supply Chain Planning Governance & Compliance Manager

Location: 100% Remote from Europe
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months + Possible Extension
Language: English (Fluent)
Workload: Full-Time, 5 Days/Week

Overview:

We're looking for a Supply Chain Planning Governance & Compliance Manager to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement of global planning processes. This role focuses on standardization, process adherence, cross-functional alignment, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and maintain SOPs for supply, demand, and production planning.
Ensure consistent use of tools, parameters, and planning methods.
Monitor KPIs (eg, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels) and drive corrective actions.
Collaborate across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and IT functions.
Deliver training and support adoption of planning tools and process improvements.
Contribute to digital supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
