Job Description

AuxiliaGroup Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Planner on behalf of our client, an established company within the pharmaceutical sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin. The role will offer a hybrid working model.

Job Role:

• Maintain long term SKU-level forecasts and provide monthly rolling forecasts to suppliers.
  
• To create, issue, and monitor purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of quantities, pricing, and delivery dates.
  
• Monitor daily stock levels and assess coverage against customer demand, sales forecasts, and contractual commitments.
  
• Analyse variances, highlight emerging risks, and recommend mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply.
  
• Build strong relationships with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial, and Finance stakeholders.
  
• Maintain complete and accurate operational documentation in line with SOPs.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in supply chain planning required.
  
• Educational qualifications within Supply Chain or similar.
  
• Commercial awareness and analytical ability.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
