Supply Chain Ops Specialist - Order to Cash - Netherlands

Are you ready to shape the future of sport through world-class supply chain execution?
We are looking for a Supply Chain Ops Specialist to join an exciting project at a global sports apparel brand.

You will work both independently and collaboratively to ensure our most critical Sports initiatives deliver against commercial expectations-on time, in full, and with premium service standards.

What You'll Do

• Drive operational performance across priority Sports growth areas, ensuring launch excellence
• Optimize launch demand and supply, balancing commercial ambition with operational feasibility
• Improve end-to-end launch readiness through stronger visibility, execution discipline, and KPI tracking
• Deliver a premium customer experience through timely, accurate, and professional communication
• Own customer order management and issue resolution, partnering cross-functionally to meet delivery expectations
• Act as a trusted supply chain partner to Commercial teams, leveraging SAP, Airtable, and data to manage risk and drive continuous improvement

You'll collaborate closely with a broad stakeholder ecosystem, including Brand Merchandising, Sales & Account Teams, Marketplace & Commercial Planning, Demand & Supply Management (DSM), Supply Chain Planning & Logistics, External logistics partners (including ELC), MSC and other operational teams

What You Bring

• Proven experience in Supply Chain Operations, ideally in a global or matrixed environment
• Customer-facing experience, with a demonstrated ability to deliver a premium service mindset
• Strong understanding of demand & supply management and order-to-cash processes
• A highly analytical, solution-driven mindset, able to turn data into clear decisions
• Experience working with tools such as SAP, Airtable, or similar platforms
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within diverse cross-functional teams
• Confidence managing ambiguity and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A quick learner, comfortable adopting new tools, processes, and ways of working

Contract Details:

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Hilversum- Hybrid
• Duration: 6months + with extensions
