Team Overview

The Commercial department is central to ensuring the financial viability and contractual success of our projects. Responsible for cost management, procurement, valuations, and contract administration, the team works closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and clients to monitor budgets, mitigate risk, and maximise value throughout the project lifecycle. Their expertise ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations - safeguarding both client satisfaction and company profitability.

Role Overview

Leads and oversees the installation and quality assurance of mechanical systems within plantrooms and modular MEP assemblies, ensuring compliance with design specifications, standards, and manufacturer guidelines. Provides technical support to teams, conducts inspections and testing, manages snagging and documentation through FieldView, and ensures all issues are resolved before final sign-off. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support integration, improve processes, and meet project requirements, while maintaining accurate records, reporting progress, and ensuring all work is completed safely in line with QA/QC procedures and project programmes.

What You'll be Doing

Responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost performance while ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials in line with project programmes. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, analyse issues, and work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to maintain a reliable flow of materials. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against KPIs and quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and environmental sustainability requirements. Conduct supplier factory visits and performance audits to maintain high standards of quality, service, and continuous improvement.
