Supply Chain Manager, EU Relay Operations Center (ROC)

DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about creating processes, operating models, and driving network improvements? Do you have experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean?

EU Amazon Transportation Services' ROC Performance team is seeking a Program Manager to develop a world-class middle mile process that ensures timely delivery at optimal cost. This position supports Amazon Transportation Services across the EU Fulfillment Center, Sort Center, Air Node, and Delivery Station network. The ideal candidate has experience managing large, complex projects and thrives in a startup environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design and implement systems, metrics, and programs to maximize compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with operations leaders to deploy new initiatives onsite
  • Collaborate globally to share best practices and improve outcomes
  • Work with tech teams to develop supporting tools and systems
  • Enhance standard work and training programs
  • Create benchmarks and audit processes
  • Analyze operational barriers and identify root causes
Basic qualifications:
  • A degree
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and basic SQL
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Experience with process improvement using data and metrics
  • Supply chain experience
  • Defining program requirements and implementing improvements
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in end-to-end delivery and reporting to leadership
  • Leading process improvements
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Process building, project management, scheduling expertise
