As we now enter our Industrialisation phase, we seek a Supply Chain Manager - Emerging Markets, reporting to our Senior Supply Chain Manager - Customer Programme & Planning, you'll manage Emerging Market strategies and relationships that support delivery of our key Business and Strategy Team objectives.
What you'll be doingLead account- and and relationship-management with our target Customers Plan, develop and deliver our Emerging Markets Operations Procurement and Supply Chain strategy Ensure category, operational, and key supplier strategies meet customer requirements and deliverables as part of the wider Operations and Procurement functions Meet and exceed KPIs aligned with Customer Satisfaction and specific in-contract performance measures Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the supply markets, supplier capabilities, technology, processes, and geography of the service line
What you will bringDeep knowledge and understanding of supply chain management Demonstrable experience of managing UK and International external Customers The ability to identify opportunities, manage risks, and implement changes within a customer environment without any detrimental impact Skill in managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner and if you have MCIPS and/or nuclear market experience (prized by us but not essential) , with the desire to work in first of its kind environment, then you really should think about applying!
Location & Ways of WorkingThis role can be based from our Derby, Manchester or Warrington office. Hybrid working is standard, with regular domestic and international travel required.
What's in it for you?Salary: £63,000 - £78,000 depending on experience and our excellent benefits include:
- 12.5% performance related bonus

- Obtaining Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
