Supply Chain Lead: Scale Inventory & AI-Driven Planning

Pod Talent is partnering with a fast-growing UK e-commerce business for a Supply Chain Lead based in London (hybrid: 1 day in office). You will build and scale the inventory and supply planning function to ensure stock availability and resilience.

You will lead a team of planners, develop scalable tools, and collaborate across Commercial, Procurement, Warehouse and Operations to optimise stock and support rapid growth across the UK and Europe.
