Supply Chain Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and forward-thinking Supply Chain Director to join a global food manufacturing business. This senior leadership position will influence the executive team.

• Develop and execute the global supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing supply chain teams
• Oversee demand planning, supply planning, S&OP processes
• Ensure optimal inventory levels, service performance, and working capital management
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency.
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
• Develop supplier partnerships and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure ethical sourcing, compliance, and sustainability objectives
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation networks
• Ensure high OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery performance
• Partner with manufacturing leaders to optimise capacity, throughput, and cost
• Drive lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence initiatives
• Own supply chain budgets, cost control, and savings initiatives
