Job Description

• Support the day-to-day coordination of spare parts supply across European repair centers
• Ensure stock levels are accurate and match maintenance and repair schedules
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to guarantee timely delivery
• Manage the full lifecycle of spare parts for scooters, e-bikes, and e-mopeds, from planning to dispatch
• Oversee warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness
• Work closely with internal teams to forecast demand and streamline operations
• Monitor KPIs, identify supply chain issues, and propose solutions
• Continuously improve spare parts processes to increase service levels and minimize downtime
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving after-sales support and customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, engineering, or related field
• 3+ years' experience in supply chain, spare parts, after-sales, or OEM delivery
• Solid knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes
• Experienced in working with external partners, repair centers, dealer networks, and warehouses
• Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; SAP/ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; Dutch is an advantage
• Analytical, organized, proactive, and a collaborative colleague
