Supply Chain Coordinator

Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator on behalf of our valued client, a growing, operationally-focused business based on the outskirts of Tonbridge.

This Supply Chain Coordinator opportunity is ideal for an organised, proactive individual who enjoys coordinating multiple workstreams and supporting day-to-day supply chain, logistics, and operational activity within a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will support the smooth running of supply chain operations across multiple operational areas, working closely with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating day-to-day supply chain and operational activities
• Processing and progressing orders, production jobs, and associated documentation
• Raising and managing purchase orders and supporting stock replenishment activity
• Coordinating packaging, materials, and vendor-managed inventory processes
• Supporting logistics bookings, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues
• Acting as a point of contact for customer and supplier queries
• Maintaining accurate records across systems to support reporting and invoicing
• Supporting continuous improvement and general operational administration

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience within supply chain, logistics, operations, procurement, or a similar coordination role
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience processing orders, purchase orders, and invoices
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
• A proactive, hands-on, and team-focused approach

• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
