Role Description

As we expand, we're looking for a junior to mid-level profile, proactive and organized candidate to support our day-to-day operations in procurement and stock management. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and gain valuable experience in a dynamic, hands-on role.

While the role is based in Sant Cugat del Vallès, some work from home is acceptable.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement process: place purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and maintain supplier relationships
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
• Ensure proper documentation and timely updates in the ERP system
• Coordinate with production and sales to anticipate purchasing needs
• Monitor stock movements, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
• Analyze inventory trends and propose improvements to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
• Prepare regular reports on stock status, purchase history, and supplier performance

Requirements:

• 1-3 year experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain coordination
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills and team spirit

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Familiarity with import/export or logistics coordination
• Knowledge of electronic components and their suppliers is a plus
