  • Completion of data input tasks within our ERP system (IFS).
  • Prepare purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate procurement records in the ERP system.
  • Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure deliveries are received as expected.
  • Support the execution of supplier contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare reports and maintain supply chain related documentation.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the Procurement team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in a procurement/purchasing/supply chain role.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities effectively.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (such as IFS).
