Working with Asda's Commercial team you will be part of the team responsible for managing the successful implementation of key business supplier processes. This will involve supporting the commercial function embedding the Supplier Portal solution, both externally with our supplier user base and equivalent internal colleague platforms where applicable.
This role will work closely with multiple business teams across Asda such as Finance, Asda Technology, Asda Service Center and predominantly the Commercial function. Please note, this role is fixed term until October 2025.
Your Role:
- Driving process efficiencies within the ServiceNow platform including identifying development opportunities to enrich workflows and ease of use for the end users.
- Supporting with external and internal user controls creation/maintenance/investigation.
- Creating process and knowledge documentation to support other business teams and colleagues.
- Supporting in gathering new business requirements for the development backlog.
- Work with business teams on implementation and end to end execution of processes within the platform.
- Connection between the Commercial function and the delivery of new processes into other functions/helpdesks.
- Involved with defining and testing new functionality within relevant platforms.
