Supplier Management Specialist

Looking for a new challenge in supplier management? We have a great opportunity for a Supplier Management Specialist to join a quality-focused team in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Your New Job:

In this role, you'll work across two sites, playing a key part in managing and evaluating suppliers. You'll collaborate closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and more to keep operations running smoothly. Reporting within the Quality function, you'll help ensure that all supplier activities meet stringent standards and support ongoing compliance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managesupplier qualification, risk management, andsupplierperformance reviews.

• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs.

• Collaborate withProcurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to resolve supplier issues.

• Ensure supplier compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

• Support new product introductionsand supply chainmaps and Service Level Agreements.

• Participate/lead internal and external audits as well as Support for Regulatory inspections

What Are We Looking For?

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

• 3+ years' experience in supplierquality, procurement, or supply chain within the pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of GMP and supplier performance management.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Auditing Qualification.
