Event merchandising is looking for Supervisors for an iconic lifestyle brand. This store will be an exclusive and will be in one of the busiest shopping malls in London. Westfield Stratford City!

Your key responsibilities will be:

Deliver a memorable and sparkling experience to all customers

Support in transaction, complaint & return handling

Contribute to achieve the store's performance targets and individual KPI's

Support in all operations for loss prevention and stock management

Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties

Assists the Regional Retail Manager (RRM) in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling

Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, dealing with potential issues appropriately and in line with Event Merchandising policies and procedures, with the RRM's and Head Office support

Complete orders for store and office supplies in line with guidelines and operating budget

Ensures correct transaction procedures are followed by all Sales Associates

Ensures a well organised stockroom is maintained at all times and that all available products are merchandised on the shop floor and loss prevention targets are achieved

Assists the RRM in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation following store guidelines

Note: Flexibility is required as you may need to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Details to be discussed during the interview process.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
