Summer Activity Leader

EF (Education First) London International Language Campus is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our Activities & Events Team as Activity Leaders for summer 2026.

In this role, you will organize and lead activities, events and excursions, creating an unforgettable experience for international students.

Employment Details

• Part time
• Flexible hours, 7 days a week
• Typically 10-25 hours per week
• Summer contract starting in June 2026 (with potential to start as early as April/May)

Every day is different - from city trips to themed parties and evening socials. You'll be a key part in helping students feel welcome, confident and connected, while also developing your own leadership and communication skills in a fun and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of international students on a variety of activities, events and excursions
• Create a lively atmosphere throughout the school and during excursions, while delivering excellent customer service
• Help students break cultural barriers and build friendships by facilitating activities that get them speaking English, sharing their cultures and learning from one another
• Takes responsibility for health, safety and well being of all students, including completing and adhering to risk assessments and emergency situations in line with EF policy and procedures
• Liaise with co leaders, Activities and Events Coordinator & Manager to discuss how to improve future activities, events, and day trips
• Ensure the EF behaviour code is always followed by all students and inform the management immediately if there are any issues or problems

Requirements

• Highly motivated, energetic and positive with a sociable and outgoing personality
• Confident in leading and managing groups of adult students and under 18 students ( years old)
• Highly organised and thorough, able to use initiative and work unsupervised
• Ability to handle difficult situations with ease and remain calm under pressure
• Appreciation of cultural differences and sensitivity to the needs of international students
• A flexible approach to work and hours of work undertaken is essential
• First Aider trained (preferable but not essential)
• All offers subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
• Right to work in the UK on commencement of employment
