SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager - Contract role-RED Global

RED is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong SAP SuccessFactors knowledge to support a large enterprise HR transformation programme.

The role is not hands-on configuration focused. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the project, managing stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery across the SuccessFactors recruitment/employee life cycle.

This is an initial 8-month contract with high chances of extension, and it's mainly remote with occasional travel required in both Belgium and Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP SuccessFactors-related project activities
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables
• Coordinate between HR/business stakeholders, functional consultants and technical teams
• Support projects related to Recruiting/Recruitment Lifecycle, potentially including RCM and Onboarding
• Facilitate project meetings, status reporting and stakeholder communication
• Support testing, rollout and implementation activities
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and project delivery
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Experience working within complex, international organisations
• Fluent French and English
• Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel
