Job Description

Be the Leader Who Makes the Difference Where It Matters Most

We are looking for an exceptional Substance Misuse Clinical Lead to join our healthcare service at HMP Pentonville in London.

This is not a typical clinical role; it is an opportunity to lead meaningful change in a complex, high risk environment where your expertise will have a direct and visible impact on patient safety, service quality and staff wellbeing.

If you are a confident clinician, a compassionate leader and someone who thrives when the stakes are high, we want to hear from you.

Why This Role Matters

Substance misuse is one of the highest risk areas within the prison and strong, visible leadership is essential. You will provide clinical authority, stability and direction to the team. Your leadership will shape practice, strengthen safety and drive improvement across an area that touches every part of the prison's healthcare system.

This is a role for someone who wants to step forward, not step back.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 07 00

Salary

This position is full time; you'll receive an annual salary up to £63,119 per annum, depending on experience.
