Subsea Support Engineer

Have you worked as a Project Engineer on aircraft or subsea vehicles, supporting repair and maintenance activities? Come and join our Technical Department and contribute to the maintenance and life extension of our systems and vessels.

With your background in damage repair, life-extension modifications, and system upgrades and your hands-on experience with tools, certifications, spare parts procurement, and maintenance schedules, you will assist the team in delivering technical service and support across maintenance, testing, repairs, and upgrades.

As a Project Engineer with both technical and operational experience, you provide key electrical and mechanical engineering support for our underwater/subsea vehicles for both operations and maintenance support. Your role covers a broad range of responsibilities, all contributing to the safe and efficient performance of our subsea systems.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing underwater/subsea equipment and support vessels for deployment.
• Managing the maintenance and support of complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
• Providing technical input and assistance for procurement, tenders and proposals
• Maintain the complete tooling overview, including spare parts, replacement components, and critical equipment lists.
• Supporting our underwater ROV (Remote Operated Vehicles) operations and reporting, collaborating closely with vessel and project teams.
• Assisting with the development of innovative technical solutions and new technologies.

Requirements:

• Technical education degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge gained through experience in a nautical, naval or aircraft maintenance function.
• Any ROV/drone operational experience (diving support, aeronautical, nautical, or subsea)
• Experience with maintenance, safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• A proactive mindset, good communication skills and a hands-on attitude.
