Salary: Pay range between £32,916 - £51,048 according to the Academy Pay Policy.
Additional TLR2.5 £5,866.00 per annum

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Subject Leader, you will support the development and delivery of the MFL curriculum, ensuring high quality teaching and learning for all students. You will also:
- Encourage and model the teaching of reading, writing and oracy across the curriculum.
- Implement a clear behaviour curriculum that is taught, modelled and supported.
- Promote personal development and extra curricular opportunities to enrich every student's experience.
- Collaborate with staff to maintain an inclusive learning environment where every teacher has the right to teach and every student has the right to learn.
- Participate in the Senior Leadership 'On Call' system to support lesson disruptions.
- Strong knowledge of MFL and ability to deliver high quality lessons.
- Commitment to high standards, curriculum enhancement and continuous improvement.
- Experience in a similar leadership or teaching role is desirable.
- This position is not suitable for ECTs.
- UK work rights, satisfactory DBS check, references and evidence of qualifications are required.
- Comply with the Academy's safeguarding policy and undergo a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check.
