We are seeking an ambitious and experienced colleague to take on the role of Subject Leader for Business & Economics. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner to lead the strategic development of the subject, drive excellent outcomes for students, and support the growth and drive success of the department. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning, committed to high standards, and eager to develop both students and colleagues.
This position is to commence as soon as possible.
Skills & Experience needed:- The role is to lead and coordinate all aspects of the Business & Economics curriculum, driving high-quality teaching, student achievement, curriculum development, staff development, and effective use of resources across the subject area
- Applicants must have QTS and show experience and demonstrable success in Business & Economics
- The ability to inspire colleagues and students through a passion for Business and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- A collaborative team player with the drive and initiative to lead change and raise standards.
